Most of our managers have field experience which improves their understanding of the care and compassion needed to provide excellent service.

OUR SERVICE TEAM

Our team is comprised of full-time, highly trained, dedicated employees who work around the clock to provide patients with a proactive, professional approach to patient homecare 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

PHARMACIST

Our highly skilled pharmacists dispense prescription medication along with key information, such as side effects, contraindications with other medicines, and a range of other concerns. They pay Attention to details and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Pharmacy Technicians are responsible for helping Pharmacists perform daily tasks to serve customers. Their duties include filling and labeling prescriptions, interacting with customers. They are responsible for ensuring the availability of medication and delivering medications to the right patients.

Our highly trained Patient Care Representatives are committed to providing positive patient homecare experiences, always remaining helpful, courteous, and professional. In order to provide a comfortable and friendly approach, PCRs arrive in clearly marked Olidia Medical vehicles, uniformed in our signature Hawaiian-style shirts. Our Patient Care Representatives will not only deliver the required equipment and supplies, but will also take the necessary time to instruct the patient on proper equipment use.

Before working with Olidia Pharmacy, aspiring team members go through a comprehensive hiring process.

We start with an intensive interview process with the Pharmacy in Chief We check the employee’s personal and professional references.
JOIN OUR TEAM

They are pre-screened through written and skills competency tests. We verify the status of their License with State Agencies to make sure it is current with no restrictions
JOIN OUR TEAM

New team members must have a previous Pharmacy experience or take a complete training program before being considered for employment with Olidia Pharmacy.
JOIN OUR TEAM

During the office orientation, new team members are provided with a Starter Training Course that includes Infection Control, Equipment Safet and Environment of Care.
JOIN OUR TEAM

When the above steps are complete, new team members can now take part in the comprehensive on-the-field orientation process.
